So thrilled to announce that we were open officially for Rhode Island Hotel Week mid-April this season! Even though the weather can still be chilly and more unpredictable, we love so many things about the off-season we can’t wait to share with you! The island starts to get as green as can be, the birds start showing up, things are popping up daily outside in the ground, all harbingers of spring-time. The island is still waking up from it’s winter sleep, it makes for lazy mornings enjoying a leisurely breakfast, and relaxing in your room. We have great advice for when you’re ready to go out and explore the island - we love to take a hike outside on one of the many uncrowded nature trails. There are only a few restaurants open in April, from simple to fine dining, all are appreciated and enjoyed during the island’s off-season. Flashback to a year ago, when this time felt uncertain, left wondering what future lies ahead. We will always be so thankful that during this rough time for so many, we had incredible support from our guests, the Town of New Shoreham, our hospitality community here, as well as from the Commerce Department of the State of Rhode Island. Thank you to everyone who helped get us through the pandemic.
