We have a two night minimum for all reservations. There is a three night minimum on all holidays. All rates are for double occupancy and include a free continental breakfast each morning between the hours of 8:30am and 9:30am. An additional charge of $35.00 per person will apply to extra guests, and only some rooms can accommodate more than double occupancy. A 50% deposit must be made to confirm the reservation. We take all reservation deposits over the phone during business hours, from 9am to 6pm. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The balance due (including 13% RI sales and hotel tax) is payable on check-in. There is absolutely NO-SMOKING anywhere on the property. Sorry we cannot accommodate children under the age of 5. Sorry we cannot accommodate any pets. Check-in is at 2:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Rates subject to change.
There will be a fee of $35.00 for all cancellations. We require a minimum of 14 days notice for all cancellations. Your deposit is refundable (minus the $35.00 fee) as long as notice is given at least 14 days prior to check-in date. Every effort is made to accommodate rescheduling, based on availability. In the event of an early departure, guests will be charged for 100% of their reservation. We also require a 14 day notice to shorten a stay. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the reservation, there is no guarantee of refund or credit. Refunds will be given only if we are able to rebook the room. If transportation is unavailable to the island and ferries are not in service, deposits will not be forfeit, but will be credited for a future stay.
