Beginnings of 2023

2023 Greetings

Sending out Happy New Year wishes, and a brief update on our goings on this month. So far, weather conditions have proven a bit tricky this winter with a few high wind storms that blew through. Despite some setbacks, now glad to report the new sewage pump system has been installed, along with new windows, trim, and shingles. This little spot gets some mighty big sea breezes, and the combination of salt and wood is not a match made in heaven. Every winter for the last decade, we have tackled our renovations that keep us moving forward and keep the Sea Breeze in tip-top shape, ready to be enjoyed and comfortable for the coming season ahead! One thing we are really looking forward to this year is celebrating our 40th year in business on this island we love so much. Stay tuned.
