Here we are still in the middle of a cold winter, but things are brewing underfoot. At the Sea Breeze, we have new windows installed and new lattice going up, wrapping around the bottom of the buildings. The winter is such a great time to see the island in a new light.

Other projects in the works - sanding & refinishing flooring, and extending the backyard area with new embankment and sod. There is always new painting to get done. Opening for the season in early April, with Rooms 6 and 7 to start, anda the rest of our guestrooms to open in May. Rooms 6 and 7 are both heated. We have also teamed up with the annual RI Hotel Week (April 17th through the 30th) and as usual, are offering discounted rates for all of April.

We are hopeful for a busy season ahead of us, with vaccines rolling out now at a more steady pace, and Biden announcing there will be enough vaccines to vaccinate all adults by the end of May!
